Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be cancelled before they are dispatched.
  • Once an order has been shipped, cancellation requests cannot be accepted.

Damaged or Incorrect Products

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Share your Order ID along with clear photos of the product and packaging.

After verification, we will offer a replacement or refund.

Refund Process

  • Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method.
  • Refunds generally take 5-7 business days to reflect in your account.
  • Payment gateway processing charges (if applicable) may be deducted from the refund amount.

Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be provided for:

  • Incorrect address provided by customer
  • Refusal to accept delivery
  • Minor packaging variations
  • Delays caused by courier partners beyond our control
