Customer satisfaction is important to us.
Order Cancellation
- Orders can be cancelled before they are dispatched.
- Once an order has been shipped, cancellation requests cannot be accepted.
Damaged or Incorrect Products
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product:
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
- Share your Order ID along with clear photos of the product and packaging.
After verification, we will offer a replacement or refund.
Refund Process
- Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method.
- Refunds generally take 5-7 business days to reflect in your account.
- Payment gateway processing charges (if applicable) may be deducted from the refund amount.
Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be provided for:
- Incorrect address provided by customer
- Refusal to accept delivery
- Minor packaging variations
- Delays caused by courier partners beyond our control
